Welcome

The Allen Forte Archive (AFA)
This is the home of The Allen Forte Archive (AFA) at the University of North Texas (UNT) College of Music. The site makes Prof. Forte's unpublished papers and other documents available to the international scholarly community. It is hosted by the Division of Music History, Theory, and Ethnomusicology at the University of North Texas College of Music.

It will supplement the publication of his collected papers by Yale University Press in a forthcoming book edited by Profs. Timothy Jackson and Stephen Slottow of UNT's Center for Schenkerian Studies.
